During the day, A Likely Story may look like any other used bookstore. But at night, it’s a place where magic happens. That’s when the characters inside the books come alive.
Six of those characters — Dorothy Gale, Robin Hood, Pollyanna, Sherlock Holmes, Heidi, and Tom Sawyer — long to help Margie, the scatterbrained owner, save her struggling store. But they’re not allowed to leave the building or be seen by human eyes. So when a pair of smugglers comes looking for a stolen necklace hidden inside one of the books, the characters are torn. Should they warn Margie and risk disappearing forever? Or can they find a way to defeat the crooks without being seen?
Cast auditions will be Saturday, February 21st 1-3pm.
**All those who register will be required to audition for their role in the show. The auditions will be a group audition that is playful, educational, and full of opportunity for students of all skill levels. Detailed requirements for the audition session will be sent via email within three days of registration.**
- Before you register your child, check all of the rehearsal dates and times to plan for little to no scheduling conflicts. A complete schedule can be seen by clicking on CALENDAR in the menu.
- There are no rehearsals over NCSD scheduled breaks.
- The following dates require MANDATORY ATTENDANCE:

- February 17 – 6-7pm – At least one parent/guardian must attend in order for the student to audition. Yes, even if your student has performed with CCT in the past.
- May 11-14 for technical rehearsals.
- May 15-17 for performances.
